Welcome to the Rochelle Park Planning Board Web site.
The Board meets on the FOURTH Thursday of the month* at 8 PM in the Rochelle Park Municipal Complex, located at 151 West Passaic Street, in Rochelle Park.
Applications with the appropriate fees must be delivered to the Rochelle Park Building department offices in order to receive a hearing date. To expedite the process, please notify the Board secretary via e-mail at rp-planningboard@live.com once delivery has taken place. You will be contacted with a hearing date within 72 hours.
