| View Obstructions |
| The owners and tenants of all property in the township are responsible for eliminating driver and pedestrian view obstructions caused by hedges, trees, and shrubs. |
| Sidewalk Impediments |
| The owners and tenants of all property abutting a sidewalk are responsible for sidewalk repairs, and for the clearing of all grass, weeds, snow, ice, and other impediments to the sidewalk area.

| Alarm Systems |
| Alarm systems within homes and businesses must be registered with the Police Department.

| Alcoholic Beverages |
| It is unlawful for any person to possess or consume an alcoholic beverage in any park, playground, or recreational area in the township. |
